Hats
Choose from many different styles
Scrunchie a good, cosy everyday shape. Made in velvets, flannels or cord with a contrast “scrunch” stand. The old adage – there’s a hat for everyone – well this is it!
Beret a classic style which I often embellish with clusters of beads or embroidery. Made in luscious rich velvets with contrast band.
Evie often described as the “flowerpot” but never the less a very stylish flowerpot. Often feathers, flowers and beads added to this style. Ideal for the woman who needs a wedding hat but wants something a bit different.
Heather a hint of the Jacobean influence with this one, made in various fabrics giving a completely different look each time, comes in double or treble layers (not for the faint hearted).
All hats are cotton lined for added comfort. Most fabrics are sourced locally, in particular Hinnigans of Selkirk although my new best friend Harris Tweed is sent direct from the weaver Donald John Mackay of Luskentyre.
