Jackets
Individual, stylish, unique, classy are all ways to describe pinkminis jackets.
I don’t believe in buying metres and metres of the same fabric – I like my jackets to constantly change so there may only be 2 or 3 of each style in the whole world.
Swing Jacket our most popular shape so far. Very 1950’s in style, dainty, flattering round collar with a swishy, pleated back panel. Can be made in all sorts of fabrics – unlined embroidered linens and silks as well as the lined version in appliquéd flannels, pinstripes, colourful modern tweeds and good old Harris Tweed.
Asymmetric Collar Jacket a wonderful bold jacket and very flattering with it’s gentle shaping at the waist. Oversized collar gives the designer touch.
Wrapover Jacket the simplicity of this jacket allows the double face fabric to speak for itself, locally designed by Hinnigans of Selkirk in mouthwatering onion and marmalade and terracotta and candy pink. Worn with or without the belt and the collar pinned up or worn open, just one of those shapes to be played with to find your favourite look.
Asymmetric Hem Jacket very modern, very classy. Another simple shape with a slight funnel neck. Again, can be worn with collar closed or open revealing contrast facings. Look closely to see the hand beaded buttons.
Empire line over blouse a simple over blouse to pull on on those “not so skinny” days. Very flattering with a tie under bust line and gently skims over waist and hips. All made in glamorous drapey fabrics to be dressed up with a dress or down with jeans and plain fitted top.
